All of our products are made with the very highest quality materials. PLOPTYK INNOVATIONS, LLC is committed to ensuring a pleasurable product and/or shopping experience with it’s customers. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it to the address below for a refund of product purchase price excluding shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Return items are refundable if the post mark is within 30 days from purchase date. To purchasers of MOTOPAL ™ merchandise, PLOPTYK INNOVATIONS, LLC shall refund the purchase price or replace an item if supplies permit, for any MOTOPAL ™ merchandise shown to PLOPTYK INNOVATIONS, LLC’s satisfaction has been defective in materials or workmanship within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. There are no other express or implied warranties for MOTOPALAUTO ™ products, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
PLOPTYK INNOVATIONS, LLC and MOTOPALAUTO.COM SHIPMENT TIMES, BACK-ORDERS, DISCONTINUED PRODUCT AND “WHILE SUPPLIES LAST” INFORMATION
PLOPTYK INNOVATIONS, LLC and MOTOPALAUTO.COM, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue any product, change any product and offer any product on a “while supplies last” basis. PLOPTYK INNOVATIONS, LLC and MOTOPALAUTO.COM shall not be held responsible in any way, shape or form for the inability to fulfill an order due to insufficient or shortage of any product. In the event that an order cannot be filled or shipped to purchaser, purchaser will receive a full credit return including applicable shipping charges for the product(s) ordered.
