All of our products are made with the very highest quality materials. MOTOPAL is committed to ensuring a pleasurable product and/or shopping experience for its customers. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send your MOTOPAL and proof of purchase or receipt to this address: 6841 N Rochester Rd, Rochester Hills MI, 48306 Dock #11 for a refund of the product purchase price, excluding shipping charges. You may also reach us at 586-484-5190. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued with in 48 hours of the receipt of the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. To purchasers of MOTOPALAUTO™ merchandise; MOTOPALAUTO shall refund the purchase price or replace an item (if supplies permit) for any MOTOPALAUTO™ merchandise shown (to MOTOPALAUTO’s satisfaction) to have been defective in materials or workmanship. Shipping Policy
Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground services which can take from 1 to 5 business days to the west coast. Our products ship from Michigan.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Calculating Cost
We do not profit from shipping. Should you ask for Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package.
